Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups peeled and diced apples
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Mix together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter to form the crust, and press it into the bottom of the baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Fold in diced apples and cinnamon, then pour this mixture over the crust.
  6. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and swirl with a knife.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  8. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before cutting into bars.
