- 2 pounds kielbasa sausage, sliced into ½-inch thick rounds
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard (or yellow mustard)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet or casserole dish with foil.
- Slice the kielbasa into bite-sized rounds and arrange them in a single layer in the prepared dish.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the brown sugar, honey, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Heat over medium-low, stirring until the sugar dissolves, and the sauce is smooth.
- Pour the glaze evenly over the kielbasa pieces, tossing lightly to coat.
- Bake the dish uncovered for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the sauce thickens and caramelizes.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add sriracha to the glaze. You can also use vegetarian sausage for a meatless option.
