  • 2 pounds kielbasa sausage, sliced into ½-inch thick rounds
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard (or yellow mustard)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet or casserole dish with foil.
  2. Slice the kielbasa into bite-sized rounds and arrange them in a single layer in the prepared dish.
  3. In a medium saucepan, combine the brown sugar, honey, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Heat over medium-low, stirring until the sugar dissolves, and the sauce is smooth.
  4. Pour the glaze evenly over the kielbasa pieces, tossing lightly to coat.
  5. Bake the dish uncovered for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the sauce thickens and caramelizes.

Notes

For a spicy kick, add sriracha to the glaze. You can also use vegetarian sausage for a meatless option.
