Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 cups cooked green beans (fresh, frozen, or canned)
  • 1 1/3 cups French’s Crispy Fried Onions
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, blend together the cream of mushroom soup, milk, and pepper.
  3. Stir in the cooked green beans along with 2/3 cup of the crispy fried onions.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish.
  5. Bake it in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes or until hot throughout.
  6. Top the casserole with the remaining fried onions and bake for another 5-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Experiment with different types of beans and consider using low-fat versions for a lighter dish.
