- 2 cans Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 cup milk
- 4 cups cooked green beans (fresh, frozen, or canned)
- 1 1/3 cups French’s Crispy Fried Onions
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, blend together the cream of mushroom soup, milk, and pepper.
- Stir in the cooked green beans along with 2/3 cup of the crispy fried onions.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish.
- Bake it in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes or until hot throughout.
- Top the casserole with the remaining fried onions and bake for another 5-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Experiment with different types of beans and consider using low-fat versions for a lighter dish.
