- 1 pound steak tips, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning (or to taste)
- 8 ounces rigatoni pasta
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Season the steak tips generously with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and add the steak. Sear until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add diced onions and minced garlic; sauté until translucent.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Meanwhile, cook rigatoni according to package instructions, then drain.
- Combine the cooked rigatoni with the creamy sauce and add the steak tips.
- Stir well to combine, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Best served hot, garnished with fresh parsley or extra Parmesan cheese. A side of garlic bread pairs perfectly.
