Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak tips, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning (or to taste)
  • 8 ounces rigatoni pasta
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Season the steak tips generously with Cajun seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and add the steak. Sear until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add diced onions and minced garlic; sauté until translucent.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Meanwhile, cook rigatoni according to package instructions, then drain.
  7. Combine the cooked rigatoni with the creamy sauce and add the steak tips.
  8. Stir well to combine, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Best served hot, garnished with fresh parsley or extra Parmesan cheese. A side of garlic bread pairs perfectly.
