- 2 large chicken breasts (cooked and shredded)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ½ tablespoon olive oil
- ½ cup Frank’s Red Hot Wing Sauce
- ½ teaspoon celery seed
- Fresh pepper to taste
- ½ cup thinly sliced celery
- Blue cheese crumbles (as desired)
- Ranch dressing (to drizzle)
- 2 heads of lettuce (romaine or iceberg, rinsed and patted dry)
Instructions
- In a large pan over medium-high heat, place the chicken breasts with ½ cup of water. Shred the chicken with two forks until fully cooked and the water evaporates.
- Keep the pan on medium-low heat. Add the butter and olive oil, stirring until melted and mixed well.
- Add the Frank’s Red Hot Wing Sauce and celery seed. Mix, then season with fresh pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and fold in the thinly sliced celery for added crunch.
- Scoop a generous spoonful of the chicken filling into each lettuce leaf, sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles, and drizzle some ranch dressing on top.
