Instructions
- Make the Buffalo Sauce: In a small bowl, combine the hot sauce and melted butter. Mix well and set aside.
- Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil. Add the chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes, until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
- Add the Sauce: Reduce heat to low and pour the buffalo sauce over the chicken. Stir to coat evenly and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes.
- Assemble the Bowls: Begin with a base layer of rice in your serving bowls. Top with the buffalo chicken, shredded lettuce, and halved cherry tomatoes.
- Finish It Off: Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and drizzle with your preferred dressing. Garnish with green onions and avocado slices if you choose.
