Delicious finger food packed with spicy Buffalo chicken, crispy bacon, and gooey mozzarella wrapped in a crunchy shell—perfect for game day or any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese (Cut into cubes)
  • 6 slices Cooked Bacon (Crumble before use)
  • 1 lb Ground Chicken (Substitute with ground turkey or lean beef if desired)
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce (Adjust for spice preference)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Plain Flour
  • 2 large Eggs (Beaten)
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs (Panko or Regular for extra crunch)
  • 2 cups Vegetable Oil or Canola Oil (For frying)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground chicken over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, Buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Create a simple dough by mixing flour with the beaten eggs until smooth.
  4. Take a portion of the chicken mixture, add a cube of mozzarella and some crumbled bacon, then wrap the dough around it, sealing well.
  5. Roll each bomb in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  6. In a deep pan, heat your vegetable or canola oil until hot but not smoking.
  7. Carefully drop a few bombs into the oil at a time, frying until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per bomb.
  8. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Notes

Serve with a selection of dipping sauces like extra Buffalo sauce, ranch, or blue cheese dressing. Garnish with chopped green onions or parsley for a fresh touch.
