  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the diced chicken to the skillet. Cook until browned and thoroughly cooked—about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
  5. Add in the halved cherry tomatoes and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Combine the cooked pasta with the chicken and tomato mixture in the skillet. Stir until well mixed.
  7. Gently fold in the fresh basil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the chicken in Italian seasoning or balsamic vinegar before cooking. Serve with garlic bread and a green salad for a complete meal.
