Delightful bites of mini smoked sausages wrapped in crispy bacon and coated in caramelized brown sugar, perfect for parties and gatherings.

- 1 package Little Smokies
- 1 package regular-cut bacon, cut in half
- 1 cup brown sugar
- Black pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- Cut bacon slices in half.
- Wrap each Little Smokie with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Place brown sugar in a zip-top bag and add the wrapped smokies; shake to coat.
- Arrange the coated smokies on the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle leftover brown sugar and black pepper on top.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until bacon is crispy and sugar is caramelized.
- For extra crispiness, broil for 1–2 minutes, watching closely.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
