An indulgent casserole combining flaky croissants, creamy cheese, and juicy blueberries, perfect for brunch or breakfast.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large croissants, torn into pieces
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or nut milk alternative)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Butter (for greasing)
