Instructions
- Prepare the mini onions by peeling and cutting the tops off.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each onion into the batter, ensuring they are thoroughly coated.
- In a deep fryer or skillet, heat the oil to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the battered onions in batches until they turn golden and crispy, about 3-5 minutes.
- Once cooked, remove the onions and drain them on paper towels.
