Ingredients

- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1½ cups cold water
- 1 (3.4-ounce) box instant vanilla pudding mix
- ½ cup Biscoff cookie butter, melted
- 3 cups heavy whipping cream
- 32 Biscoff cookies
- 5 large bananas
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, cold water, and vanilla pudding mix until smooth.
- Stir in the melted Biscoff cookie butter until thoroughly combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until well blended.
- In a trifle bowl or serving dish, layer the pudding mixture, Biscoff cookies, and banana slices.
- Repeat the layering process, finishing with a layer of pudding on top.
- Chill the assembled pudding for 3–4 hours to set.
- Before serving, top with crushed Biscoff cookies, fresh banana slices, and a drizzle of cookie butter.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Add bananas shortly before serving to keep them fresh.
