  • 1½ cups cold water
  • 1 (3.4-ounce) box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • ½ cup Biscoff cookie butter, melted
  • 3 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 32 Biscoff cookies
  • 5 large bananas

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, cold water, and vanilla pudding mix until smooth.
  2. Stir in the melted Biscoff cookie butter until thoroughly combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until well blended.
  5. In a trifle bowl or serving dish, layer the pudding mixture, Biscoff cookies, and banana slices.
  6. Repeat the layering process, finishing with a layer of pudding on top.
  7. Chill the assembled pudding for 3–4 hours to set.
  8. Before serving, top with crushed Biscoff cookies, fresh banana slices, and a drizzle of cookie butter.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Add bananas shortly before serving to keep them fresh.
