- ½ cup finely chopped onion
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Dill pickle slices (optional)
- Olive oil (for cooking)
Instructions
- Prepare the Special Sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, chopped dill pickles, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well and set aside.
- Cook the Beef: Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until translucent. Next, add the ground beef, seasoning it with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Assemble the Wraps: Lay out each tortilla. Spread a generous layer of the special sauce on each one. Add a scoop of the beef mixture, followed by shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, and pickles if desired.
- Roll it Up: Tightly roll each tortilla, enclosing the delicious filling. Slice in half if desired, and enjoy!
