- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- ½ cup finely chopped onion
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Dill pickle slices (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Make the Special Sauce: In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, chopped dill pickles, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
- Cook the Beef: In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent. Add the ground beef, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and fully cooked. Drain the excess fat.
- Assemble the Wraps: Lay out a tortilla and spread a generous amount of the special sauce across the center. Add a scoop of the cooked beef, shredded lettuce, and cheddar cheese.
- Wrap and Serve: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly. Slice in half and enjoy!
Notes
These wraps can be served with crispy fries or a fresh side salad. For a lighter option, use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
