- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 package (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
- 8 oz cream cheese, cut into cubes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix evenly over the chicken breasts.
- Cube the cream cheese and lay it on top of the chicken.
- Cover and set your slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken in the slow cooker with two forks.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions.
- Serve over buns, rice, or however you prefer.
Notes
For added flavor, consider using different cheese types or adding veggies like bell peppers or spinach near the end of cooking.
