Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat and drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the uncooked rice, ranch seasoning, corn, beef broth, salt, and pepper.
- Bring this mixture to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat. Cover and let it simmer for about 15 minutes or until the rice is tender.
- Transfer the contents to a greased baking dish, adding a generous layer of shredded cheese on top.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- If you like, garnish with chopped green onions before serving to add a fresh touch.
