Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound beef filet, pounded thin
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups tomato sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Pound the beef filet with a meat mallet until it is thin and even.

- Transfer the braciole into a baking dish and cover with tomato sauce.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 90 to 120 minutes until the beef is tender.
- Let the braciole rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes
For added flavor, marinate the beef in olive oil, garlic, and herbs before cooking. Can add sautéed spinach or roasted red peppers for extra flavor.
