- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Set up your breading station: In one bowl, place flour. In a second bowl, beat the eggs. In another, add panko breadcrumbs.
- Coat the chicken: Dip each chicken tenderloin in the flour, then the eggs, and finish with an even coat of panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat the oil: In a deep pan over medium-high heat, heat the oil until it shimmers.
- Fry the chicken: Cook the chicken tenderloins in batches, frying until they are golden brown and fully cooked.
- Whip up the Bang Bang sauce: In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt.
