Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add the rolled oats, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder into the mashed bananas, stirring until thoroughly combined.
- If desired, fold in the chocolate chips and nuts.
- Using a spoon, drop dollops of the cookie mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes until set and slightly golden on the edges.
- Allow the cookies to cool on a wire rack before serving.
