Description

A unique and delicious pizza combining sweet pears and tangy cheeses on a crispy crust, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 pizza crust
  • 2 ripe pears, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh arugula for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Brush a thin layer of olive oil on the crust and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Evenly distribute the mozzarella cheese over the crust.
  5. Arrange the sliced pears on top of the cheese, followed by the crumbled gorgonzola.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  8. Garnish with fresh arugula if desired, slice, and serve warm.
