- 1 pizza crust
- 2 ripe pears, thinly sliced
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh arugula for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Brush a thin layer of olive oil on the crust and season with salt and pepper.
- Evenly distribute the mozzarella cheese over the crust.
- Arrange the sliced pears on top of the cheese, followed by the crumbled gorgonzola.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Garnish with fresh arugula if desired, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
For a crispier crust, you can pre-bake the crust for a few minutes before adding toppings.
