- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, heavy cream, milk, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Grease your baking dish and pour the mixture into it.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, until the center is set and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. It can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days. Freezing is also an option.
