  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, heavy cream, milk, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  3. Grease your baking dish and pour the mixture into it.
  4. Bake for 45-50 minutes, until the center is set and a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes
