Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pancake has puffed and is golden brown.

Notes
For a dairy-free option, substitute milk with almond milk or oat milk. You can also use whole-wheat flour for a lighter version.
