Description

A delightful twist on classic apple pie, these individual servings are quick and easy to make, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (8-count) refrigerated cinnamon rolls
  • 21 ounces canned apple pie filling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease 8 cups of a muffin pan.
  2. Separate the cinnamon roll dough and place each section into the greased muffin tin cups, pressing down to form a base.
  3. Add approximately 2 tablespoons of apple pie filling on top of each rolled base.
  4. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown and puffed up.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Drizzle the icing that comes with the cinnamon rolls over the top before serving.

Notes

For a homemade filling, use fresh apples cooked with sugar and cinnamon. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
