Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat together butter, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, then fold in the diced apples and cinnamon.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
  6. For the crumb topping, mix brown sugar, oats, and cubed cold butter until crumbly; sprinkle over the batter.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
