  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 2 cups cooked egg noodles
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (any kind you like)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in the mixed vegetables, cooked egg noodles, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Top with shredded cheese.
