- 1 cup bread crumbs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, bread crumbs, egg, milk, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Form the mixture into patties and arrange them in a greased baking dish.
- Pour the cream of mushroom soup evenly over the patties.
