Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  • 1/2 cup cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, bread crumbs, egg, milk, salt, and pepper until well mixed.

  4. Pour the cream of mushroom soup evenly over the patties.
