Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan by greasing it.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and milk until well combined.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped apples, ensuring they’re evenly distributed.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar and cinnamon for the topping and sprinkle half over the batter.
- Add the remaining batter and top with the rest of the cinnamon sugar mixture.
