- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil or butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, honey (or maple syrup), melted coconut oil (or butter), and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until everything is well-integrated.
- Transfer the batter to a greased baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Once baked, let it cool before slicing and diving in!
Notes
Best served with fresh berries or a dollop of Greek yogurt. Drizzle with additional honey or maple syrup for added sweetness.
