- 3 egg whites

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, sugar, and salt until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until frothy. Add the vanilla extract and mix again.
- Gently fold the egg white mixture into the dry ingredients until the batter is well combined and smooth.
- Use a spoon to drop dollops of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
