Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, sugar, and salt until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until frothy. Add the vanilla extract and mix again.
  4. Gently fold the egg white mixture into the dry ingredients until the batter is well combined and smooth.
  5. Use a spoon to drop dollops of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  7. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
