Instructions
- Soften the cream cheese at room temperature or microwave until soft but not melted.
- In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese and mayonnaise, beat until smooth.
- Add dry ranch and Italian dressing mixes, blending until incorporated.
- Mix in the undrained chopped green chilies evenly.
- Add cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses, stirring well to combine.
- Incorporate chopped green onions and pickled jalapeños, adjusting jalapeño amount based on preference.
- Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours, ideally overnight.
- Stir before serving, transfer to a serving bowl, and serve with crackers.
