Description

Delicious Air Fryer Taco Sticks made with spiced beef and melty cheese wrapped in flaky crescent dough.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess grease.
  3. Stir in the taco seasoning and prepare according to package instructions.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese on each triangle.
  6. Roll the dough around the filling, starting at the wide end and rolling up to the point.
  7. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  8. Place the taco sticks in a single layer, making sure they are not touching.
  9. Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!

Can be served with salsa, guacamole, or sour cream for dipping. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days.
