Description
Delicious Air Fryer Taco Sticks made with spiced beef and melty cheese wrapped in flaky crescent dough.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess grease.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and prepare according to package instructions.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese on each triangle.
- Roll the dough around the filling, starting at the wide end and rolling up to the point.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the taco sticks in a single layer, making sure they are not touching.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Can be served with salsa, guacamole, or sour cream for dipping. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days.
