- 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
- Set up your breading station: one bowl with flour, another with beaten eggs, and a third bowl with breadcrumbs mixed with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge each mozzarella stick in flour, dip it in the beaten eggs, and coat it thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Lay out the breaded sticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray them with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
For extra crispiness, freeze the breaded sticks for 30 minutes before air frying. Experiment with different cheeses such as cheddar or pepper jack for variation.
