- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for flour, another for beaten eggs, and the last for breadcrumbs mixed with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each mozzarella stick in flour, ensuring it’s evenly covered.
- Dip it in the beaten eggs to help the breadcrumbs adhere.
- Roll the stick in the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
- Lightly spray the mozzarella sticks with cooking spray.
- Arrange the coated sticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
For extra crunch, consider double-dipping in eggs and breadcrumbs.
