- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Add the salmon bites to the marinade, ensuring each piece is coated, and let them marinate for about 15 minutes.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the marinated salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon is crispy and cooked through.
- Remove from the air fryer and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions if desired.
- Serve immediately with your favorite accompaniments.
Notes
For a spicier marinade, add chili powder or Sriracha. Freezing uncooked marinated salmon is an option for up to 3 months.
