Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound salmon fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper until combined.
  2. Add the salmon bites to the marinade, ensuring each piece is coated, and let them marinate for about 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Arrange the marinated salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon is crispy and cooked through.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions if desired.
  7. Serve immediately with your favorite accompaniments.

Notes

For a spicier marinade, add chili powder or Sriracha. Freezing uncooked marinated salmon is an option for up to 3 months.
