Description

Tender steak bites infused with garlic butter, perfect for quick dinners or gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, season the steak pieces with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika (if using).
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Arrange the seasoned steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd.
  4. Cook for 8-10 minutes, gently shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  5. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat and add minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Once the steak bites are finished, remove them from the air fryer and toss them in the garlic butter sauce.
  7. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F.
