Ingredients

- 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, season the steak pieces with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika (if using).
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the seasoned steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, gently shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Meanwhile, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat and add minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Once the steak bites are finished, remove them from the air fryer and toss them in the garlic butter sauce.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F.
