Ingredients

Scale
  • Dill pickles – Sliced into chips
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs – Regular or panko
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Slice the dill pickles into chips.
  2. Set up a breading station: Mix flour with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in one bowl, buttermilk in a second bowl, and breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  3. Coat each pickle chip by dipping it in the flour mixture, then in the buttermilk, and lastly into the breadcrumbs.
