Instructions
- Slice the pickles into thick coins.
- Set up your breading station: Arrange three bowls—one with all-purpose flour, another with beaten eggs, and a third with a mix of cornmeal and panko breadcrumbs seasoned with salt, pepper, and any extras you’d like.
