Description

A quick and easy recipe for delicious bread made in an air fryer, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • ½ cup warm water (about 110°F)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, instant yeast, salt, and sugar.
  2. Gradually stir in the warm water and olive oil until you get a shaggy dough.
  3. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes, until it’s smooth and elastic.
  4. Cover the dough with a clean towel and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
  5. After resting, shape the dough into a round loaf or a small oval based on your air fryer basket size.
  6. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or lightly grease it, then place the dough inside.
  7. Set your air fryer to 330°F and bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the top is golden and sounds hollow when tapped.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes

For extra crispy crust, brush the loaf with water before air frying. Experiment with different flours and add-ins for personalized flavors.
