- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- ½ cup warm water (about 110°F)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, instant yeast, salt, and sugar.
- Gradually stir in the warm water and olive oil until you get a shaggy dough.
- Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes, until it’s smooth and elastic.
- Cover the dough with a clean towel and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
- After resting, shape the dough into a round loaf or a small oval based on your air fryer basket size.
- Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or lightly grease it, then place the dough inside.
- Set your air fryer to 330°F and bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the top is golden and sounds hollow when tapped.
- Remove from the air fryer and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
For extra crispy crust, brush the loaf with water before air frying. Experiment with different flours and add-ins for personalized flavors.
