Description

Festive no-bake truffles that delight with their creamy center and bright green color, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 (14.3 oz) package Golden Oreos (about 36 cookies)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • Green gel food coloring (to desired brightness)
  • 12 oz white chocolate melting wafers or almond bark
  • Red heart sprinkles or mini red M&Ms
  • Optional: holiday sprinkles, crushed pretzels, or sanding sugar

Instructions

  1. Pulse Oreos in a food processor into fine crumbs or crush in a bag with a rolling pin.
  2. Combine crumbs with softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add green gel coloring until bright Grinch green.
  4. Refrigerate mixture for 30 minutes.
  5. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Microwave white chocolate in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  7. Coat truffles in melted chocolate, let excess drip, place back on parchment.
  8. Quickly top with a red heart.
  9. Allow truffles to set at room temperature or in the fridge until hardened.
  10. Enjoy or package for gifting!
