Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 oz) jar salsa
  • 1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the lean ground beef until there’s no pink left. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in the taco seasoning until well combined.
  4. Spread the softened cream cheese evenly across the bottom of a pie dish.
  5. Pour the salsa over the cream cheese.
  6. Spoon the seasoned beef over the salsa layer.
  7. Finish by sprinkling the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  8. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes
