- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish in a single layer.
- In a bowl, combine the ranch dressing mix and sour cream, stirring until smooth.
- Spread the ranch mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Let the dish rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For best results, don’t overbake the chicken. Try different ranch dressings or add vegetables for a one-pan meal.
