  • 1 package small tortillas
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • Edible googly eyes (for decoration)
  • Food coloring (green, orange, black)
  • 1 cupcake mix (any flavor)
  • 3 eggs (for the cupcakes)
  • 1 cup milk (for the cupcakes)
  • 1 cup butter (for the frosting)
  • 1 can pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • Chocolate sprinkles
  • Candy corn
  • Marshmallow ghosts (store-bought)
  • Pretzel sticks
  • Pudding cups (chocolate or vanilla)
  • Red gel icing
  • Sliced strawberries
  • Whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, cheese, and taco seasoning together.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs for about 25 minutes or until they are golden brown.
  5. While the meatballs bake, prepare your tortillas.
  6. Spread some guacamole on each tortilla and place the baked meatballs in the center.
  7. Roll the tortillas tightly around the meatballs.
  8. Use sliced black olives to create spooky eyes on the meatballs.
  9. For the cupcakes, mix the batter according to the package instructions and add food coloring.
  10. Pour the batter into cupcake liners in a muffin tin.
  11. Bake according to package directions.
  12. While cupcakes cool, prepare frosting by mixing butter with powdered sugar, pumpkin puree, and food coloring.
  13. Frost the cooled cupcakes and decorate with chocolate sprinkles, edible googly eyes, and candy corn.
