- 1 package small tortillas
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup guacamole
- Edible googly eyes (for decoration)
- Food coloring (green, orange, black)
- 1 cupcake mix (any flavor)
- 3 eggs (for the cupcakes)
- 1 cup milk (for the cupcakes)
- 1 cup butter (for the frosting)
- 1 can pumpkin puree
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- Chocolate sprinkles
- Candy corn
- Marshmallow ghosts (store-bought)
- Pretzel sticks
- Pudding cups (chocolate or vanilla)
- Red gel icing
- Sliced strawberries
- Whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, cheese, and taco seasoning together.
- Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs for about 25 minutes or until they are golden brown.
- While the meatballs bake, prepare your tortillas.
- Spread some guacamole on each tortilla and place the baked meatballs in the center.
- Roll the tortillas tightly around the meatballs.
- Use sliced black olives to create spooky eyes on the meatballs.
- For the cupcakes, mix the batter according to the package instructions and add food coloring.
- Pour the batter into cupcake liners in a muffin tin.
- Bake according to package directions.
- While cupcakes cool, prepare frosting by mixing butter with powdered sugar, pumpkin puree, and food coloring.
- Frost the cooled cupcakes and decorate with chocolate sprinkles, edible googly eyes, and candy corn.
