Instructions

  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken pieces and cook until they turn golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic and ginger; cook for another minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour the sauce over the chicken and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring gently until thickened.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
