Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (gluten-free optional)
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 large egg (for egg wash)
  • Optional toppings: everything bagel seasoning, sesame seeds, poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. Combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, and kosher salt in a medium bowl.
  2. Add plain Greek yogurt and mix until slightly wet but crumbly.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth, then divide into four pieces.
  4. Shape each piece into logs and form circles, sealing the ends.
  5. Brush the tops and sides with the whisked egg.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and spray the basket with olive oil.
  7. Air fry the bagels for about 10 minutes, checking at 8-9 minutes.
  8. Cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

For gluten-free bagels, use gluten-free flour and baking powder. You can skip the egg wash if you’re in a hurry.
