- 1 cup all-purpose flour (gluten-free optional)
- 2 teaspoons baking powder (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 large egg (for egg wash)
- Optional toppings: everything bagel seasoning, sesame seeds, poppy seeds
Instructions
- Combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, and kosher salt in a medium bowl.
- Add plain Greek yogurt and mix until slightly wet but crumbly.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth, then divide into four pieces.
- Shape each piece into logs and form circles, sealing the ends.
- Brush the tops and sides with the whisked egg.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and spray the basket with olive oil.
- Air fry the bagels for about 10 minutes, checking at 8-9 minutes.
- Cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For gluten-free bagels, use gluten-free flour and baking powder. You can skip the egg wash if you’re in a hurry.
