- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup pepperoni slices (or turkey pepperoni, diced small)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat for easy cleanup.
- Place small heaps of shredded mozzarella on the baking sheet, ensuring they’re spaced about 2 inches apart.
- Top each pile with a slice or a few pieces of diced pepperoni.
- Bake for 7-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden brown around the edges.
- Remove from the oven and let the chips cool on the pan for 5 minutes.
- Once crisp, transfer to a plate and serve!
Notes
For added flavor, serve with marinara sauce or a creamy ranch dressing. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to two days.
